Tier: Tier 3 – Operational Excellence

Ideal For: Established companies aiming for cutting-edge operational capabilities.

Monthly Fee: As quoted on the order form (does NOT include Setup & Development Fee).

Contacts & Users: Unlimited.

Requirements: AI-employee (included), internal phone system (NOT included; Client responsibility), and custom app (included).

Included Add-Ons: AI BOSS Enhancer (tools only) + BOSS Enhancer (content marketing).

  • AI-generated content suggestions.
  • Virtual coaching assistants for personalized support.

D. In-Depth Operational Analytics

  • Frequent reports and real-time alerts (up to 5 per quarter).
  • Detailed trend analysis and KPI tracking (1 per quarter).

E. Full Integration Services

  • Custom API development.
  • Integration with enterprise systems.

F. Compliance and Security

  • Enhanced data protection measures (HIPAA compliance).
  • Regular compliance audits.

G. Company Support Board

  • Ability to manage a ticketing system & projects.
  • Initial setup for unlimited boards (one-time).
  • Discounts on future builds.

H. AI Studio – Web Apps

  • Access to AI Studio within ACEIRT™ Fusion to generate apps, sites, agentic flows, and content using AI.
  • Client may self-serve to create Web Apps, sites, and workflows via natural-language prompts.
  • ACEIRT™ Intelligence will build 1 custom Web App for the Client (one-time build; additional apps billed separately).
  • Custom app includes: initial design, AI-assisted development, review, and deployment into the Client's workspace.

I. Dedicated Support

  • Dedicated account manager with phone support.
  • 24/7/365 support (email, chat, Slack, Zoom).
  • Regular strategy and review meetings: up to 2 hours per month. Does NOT roll over.

J. AI BOSS Enhancer (Tools Only)

  • AI Employee: complete automation system (setup available at additional cost).
  • Ad Manager: run social media ads (e.g., Facebook).
  • Phone Number (1): for voice calls and SMS.
  • Unlimited Prospecting: website performance & SEO analytics, premium lead generation, unlimited reports/form widgets.
  • Client Portal App: customized app with Client branding (Google & Apple).
  • Workflow Pro: up to 10,000 automations.
  • Credits: 100 USD/month.

K. BOSS Enhancer (Content Marketing – 1 Theme per Quarter)

  • Marketing Campaign Strategy for selected theme (1 per quarter).
  • Social Media Marketing Schedule: 3 posts per week / 36 per quarter.
  • Blog Creation and Post: 1 per week / 12 per quarter.
  • Newsletter Creation and Release (up to 3 pages): 1 per month / 3 per quarter.
  • Email Campaign Creation and Release: 2 per week / 24 per quarter.
  • Credits: 150 USD/quarter (broken into 50 USD/month).

4. What ACEIRT™ Intelligence Does NOT Provide Under This Tier
  • More than 1 public community under the included hours (additional communities billed separately).
  • Community management exceeding 2 hours per month.
  • Strategy/review meetings exceeding 2 hours per month (no rollover).
  • More than 5 reports per quarter or more than 1 KPI tracking report per quarter.
  • Unlimited custom AI development (scoped to agreed operational needs).
  • Internal phone system (Client's responsibility to procure and maintain).
  • AI Employee setup costs (available at additional cost beyond monthly fee).
  • Credits beyond the allocated monthly amount (additional credits purchased separately).
  • More than 1 marketing theme per quarter.
  • Social media posts beyond 3/week; blogs beyond 1/week; newsletters beyond 1/month; email campaigns beyond 2/week.
  • TV show production, streaming platform setup, or media production services.
  • Video production, podcast production, or physical event management.
  • Full-time staffing, employee recruitment, or HR services.
  • Web design or web development services beyond integrations and portal app.
  • Legal, financial, tax, or compliance advisory services (compliance audits cover operational systems only).
  • Hardware procurement or physical IT infrastructure.
  • Rollover of unused hours, services, creations, or credits to future months.
  • Services for multiple business entities under a single contract (one entity per agreement).
5. Limitations & Conditions
  • Community management support is limited to 2 hours per month; unused hours do NOT roll over.
  • Strategy/review meetings are limited to 2 hours per month; unused hours do NOT roll over.
  • Reports limited to 5 per quarter; KPI tracking limited to 1 detailed report per quarter.
  • Custom AI solutions are scoped and agreed upon during onboarding; scope changes require a change order.
  • HIPAA compliance applies to the ACEIRT™ platform and systems only; Client is responsible for their own organizational compliance beyond the platform.
  • BOSS Enhancer content follows a single quarterly theme selected by Client.
  • Client must procure and maintain their own phone system at their own cost.
  • Credits are consumed on a use-it-or-lose-it basis; no rollover.
  • Setup & Development Fee is separate and required prior to service activation.
6. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, Client retains access to their own data and content for thirty (30) days following the termination date.

7. Payment Terms

Monthly fees are due on the first of each billing cycle. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. Setup & Development Fees are due in full prior to service activation.

8. Intellectual Property

Client retains ownership of all content they create or upload. Content produced under the BOSS Enhancer (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns) is created for and owned by the Client upon payment. Custom AI solutions developed specifically for Client are licensed to Client for use; underlying frameworks and methodologies remain Provider's intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Provider's total liability shall not exceed total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding any claim. Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or results. Provider is not liable for losses arising from Client's failure to maintain required third-party systems (e.g., phone system).

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of two (2) years.
