AI BOSS – Tier 2: Operational Optimization

Tier: Tier 2 – Operational Optimization

Ideal For: Growing businesses seeking to optimize and scale their operations.

Monthly Fee: As quoted on the order form (does NOT include Setup & Development Fee).

Contacts & Users: Unlimited.

Requirements: AI-employee (included) and internal phone system (NOT included; Client responsibility).

Included Add-Ons: AI BOSS Enhancer (tools only) + BOSS Enhancer (content marketing).

3. Services Provided

A. Advanced Process Automation

  • Enhanced AI voice assistants for inbound calls.
  • Workflow optimization for core processes.

B. AI-Enhanced Community Management

  • Advanced engagement tools (live events, webinars).
  • Assist in developing 1 Public community (initial setup only).
  • AI assistants to facilitate discussions.

C. Training and Coaching Automation

  • Personalized learning paths using AI.
  • 1 new course (up to 5 modules) per month. Does NOT roll over if unused.
  • Interactive content creation tools.

D. Operational Analytics

  • Reports with actionable insights (up to 3 per quarter).
  • Predictive analytics for forecasting.

E. Integration Services

  • Connect CRM and other essential systems (if desired).
  • Basic API integrations (as needed).

F. Company Support Board

  • Ability to manage a ticketing system & projects.
  • Initial setup for 1 board.
  • Discounts on future builds.

G. AI Studio – Web Apps

  • Access to AI Studio within ACEIRT™ Fusion to generate apps, sites, agentic flows, and content using AI.
  • Client may self-serve to create Web Apps, sites, and workflows via natural-language prompts.
  • ACEIRT™ Intelligence will build 1 custom Web App for the Client (one-time build; additional apps billed separately).
  • Custom app includes: initial design, AI-assisted development, review, and deployment into the Client's workspace.

H. Support

  • Priority email and chat support.
  • Onboarding assistance and training sessions.
  • 24/7/365 support (email, chat, Slack, Zoom).

I. AI BOSS Enhancer (Tools Only)

  • AI Employee: complete automation system (setup available at additional cost).
  • Ad Manager: run social media ads (e.g., Facebook).
  • Phone Number (1): for voice calls and SMS.
  • Unlimited Prospecting: website performance & SEO analytics, premium lead generation, unlimited reports/form widgets.
  • Client Portal App: customized app with Client branding (Google & Apple).
  • Workflow Pro: up to 10,000 automations.
  • Credits: 100 USD/month (see credit schedule in Section 3K).

J. BOSS Enhancer (Content Marketing – 1 Theme per Quarter)

  • Marketing Campaign Strategy for selected theme (1 per quarter).
  • Social Media Marketing Schedule: 3 posts per week / 36 per quarter.
  • Blog Creation and Post: 1 per week / 12 per quarter.
  • Newsletter Creation and Release (up to 3 pages): 1 per month / 3 per quarter.
  • Email Campaign Creation and Release: 2 per week / 24 per quarter.
  • Credits: 150 USD/quarter (broken into 50 USD/month).

4. What ACEIRT™ Intelligence Does NOT Provide Under This Tier
  • Custom AI solutions for unique departmental needs (Tier 3 only).
  • Full-scale automation across multiple departments.
  • More than 1 public community setup (additional communities billed separately).
  • Ongoing community management beyond initial setup and AI facilitation.
  • More than 1 course per month or courses exceeding 5 modules.
  • More than 3 reports per quarter.
  • Weekly reports or real-time alerts (Tier 3 only).
  • Detailed trend analysis or KPI tracking (Tier 3 only).
  • Custom API development (basic integrations only).
  • Integration with enterprise systems beyond standard CRM.
  • HIPAA compliance measures or regular compliance audits.
  • Dedicated account manager or phone support.
  • Regular strategy and review meetings.
  • More than 1 support board (additional boards at a discount).
  • Internal phone system (Client's responsibility to procure).
  • AI Employee setup (available at additional cost).
  • Credits beyond the allocated monthly amount.
  • More than 1 marketing theme per quarter.
  • Social media posts beyond 3/week; blogs beyond 1/week; newsletters beyond 1/month; email campaigns beyond 2/week.
  • Video production, podcast production, or media services.
  • Web design, web development, or custom software development beyond integrations specified.
  • Legal, financial, tax, or compliance advisory services.
  • Hardware procurement or physical IT infrastructure.
  • Rollover of unused services, creations, courses, or credits.
5. Limitations & Conditions
  • Courses limited to 1 per month (up to 5 modules); unused courses do NOT roll over.
  • Community setup is initial only (1 public community); ongoing management is AI-assisted.
  • Reports limited to 3 per quarter with actionable insights.
  • BOSS Enhancer content follows a single quarterly theme selected by Client.
  • Client must procure and maintain their own phone system at their own cost.
  • AI Employee setup is available at an additional cost beyond the monthly fee.
  • Credits are consumed on a use-it-or-lose-it basis per month; no rollover.
  • Setup & Development Fee is separate and required prior to service activation.
6. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice.

7. Payment Terms

Monthly fees are due on the first of each billing cycle. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. Setup & Development Fees are due in full prior to service activation.

8. Intellectual Property

Client retains ownership of all content they create or upload. Content produced under the BOSS Enhancer (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns) is created for and owned by the Client upon payment. Provider retains ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, systems, and methodologies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Provider's total liability shall not exceed total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding any claim. Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or results.
