Tier: Tier 1 – Operational Foundations
Ideal For: Small businesses and startups beginning to enhance their operational efficiency.
Monthly Fee: As quoted on the order form (does NOT include Setup & Development Fee).
Contacts & Users: Unlimited.
Requirements: This package requires AI-employee, internal phone system, and Ad Manager (costs included or as specified).
3. Services Provided
A. Process Automation Basics
- Automate key repetitive tasks.
- Simple automation only (no complex workflows or multi-step pipelines).
- New automation creations: up to 2 per month. Unused creations do NOT roll over.
- Implementation of a basic AI chatbot for customer inquiries.
B. Community Hosting Access
- Assist with managing one (1) basic community platform.
- Access to standard engagement tools.
C. Training Platform Setup
- Establish digital training/coaching modules: 1 course per month (up to 3 modules). If unused, it cannot be rolled over to the next month.
- Upload existing content for on-demand access.
D. Standard Analytics and Reporting
- Monthly reports on operational metrics.
- Access to a real-time dashboard with key insights.
E. AI Studio – Web Apps
- Access to AI Studio within ACEIRT™ Fusion to generate apps, sites, agentic flows, and content using AI.
- Client may self-serve to create Web Apps, sites, and workflows via natural-language prompts.
- Custom app build by ACEIRT™ Intelligence is NOT included in this tier (Tier 2 and Tier 3 only).
F. Support
- Email support and access to resource libraries.
4. What ACEIRT™ Intelligence Does NOT Provide Under This Tier
- Complex workflow automation or multi-step pipelines.
- More than 2 new automation creations per month.
- Advanced AI voice assistants for inbound/outbound calls (beyond basic chatbot).
- Multiple community platforms (limited to 1).
- AI-enhanced community management (live events, webinars, AI discussion assistants).
- More than 1 training course per month or courses exceeding 3 modules.
- Personalized learning paths or AI-generated content suggestions.
- Predictive analytics, trend analysis, or KPI tracking beyond standard reporting.
- Bi-weekly or weekly reports (monthly only).
- CRM integration, API development, or systems integration services.
- Compliance audits, HIPAA compliance measures, or enhanced data protection.
- Dedicated account manager, phone support, or chat support.
- 24/7/365 support channels (email only).
- Onboarding assistance or live training sessions.
- Strategy or review meetings.
- Marketing campaign strategy, social media scheduling, blog creation, newsletter creation, or email campaigns (BOSS Enhancer not included).
- AI BOSS Enhancer tools (AI Employee automation suite, Ad Manager, prospecting, client portal app, Workflow Pro).
- Custom mobile/client portal application.
- Support ticketing system or project management boards.
- Setup & Development services (billed separately).
- Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, or fees not explicitly listed.
- Content creation services (writing, graphic design, video production).
- Web design, web development, or custom software development.
- Legal, financial, tax, or compliance advisory services.
- Hardware procurement or physical IT infrastructure.
- Rollover of unused services, creations, or credits to future months.
5. Limitations & Conditions
- New automation creations are limited to 2 per month and do NOT roll over.
- Training courses are limited to 1 per month (up to 3 modules) and do NOT roll over.
- Community management is limited to 1 basic community platform.
- Setup & Development Fee is separate and required prior to service activation.
- Client must maintain required systems (AI-employee, internal phone system, Ad Manager) at their own cost unless otherwise specified.
6. Term & Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice.
7. Payment Terms
Monthly fees are due on the first of each billing cycle. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. Setup & Development Fees are due in full prior to service activation.
8. Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership of all content they create or upload. Provider retains ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, systems, and methodologies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Provider's total liability shall not exceed total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding any claim. Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or results.
