Tier: Tier 0 – Starter

Ideal For: Solopreneurs elevating their operational efficiency.

Nature: Self-starter package. All support is provided à la carte (billed separately).

Monthly Fee: As quoted on the order form (does NOT include Setup & Development Fee).

Contacts & Users: Unlimited.

A. Process Automation Basics

  • Automation of key repetitive tasks (simple automation only; no complex workflows).

B. Community Hosting Access

  • Access to standard community engagement tools.

C. Training Platform Setup

  • Establish digital training/coaching modules.
  • Upload existing content for on-demand access.

D. Standard Analytics and Reporting

  • Monthly reports on operational metrics.
  • Access to a real-time dashboard with key insights.

E. AI Phone Answering Service

  • Inbound and outbound AI phone answering.

F. Professional Academy Access

  • Access to the ACEIRT™ Professional Academy.

G. Go LIVE in Communities

  • Ability to broadcast live sessions within communities.

H. Template Library

  • Access to 3,000+ templates to streamline business documentation.

I. AI Studio – Web Apps

  • Access to AI Studio within ACEIRT™ Fusion to generate apps, sites, agentic flows, and content using AI.
  • Client may self-serve to create Web Apps, sites, and workflows via natural-language prompts.
  • Custom app build by ACEIRT™ Intelligence is NOT included in this tier (Tier 2 and Tier 3 only).

J. Support

  • Email support and access to resource libraries.
4. What ACEIRT™ Intelligence Does NOT Provide Under This Tier
  • Complex workflow automation or multi-step pipelines.
  • AI chatbot implementation for customer inquiries.
  • Community management services (hosting tools only; no management assistance).
  • Custom AI solutions or department-wide automation.
  • AI-enhanced community management (live events, webinars, AI assistants).
  • Personalized learning paths or AI-generated content suggestions.
  • Predictive analytics or trend analysis.
  • CRM integration or API development.
  • Compliance audits or HIPAA compliance measures.
  • Custom Web App builds by ACEIRT™ Intelligence (Tier 2 and Tier 3 only; Client may self-serve via AI Studio).
  • Dedicated account manager, phone support, or priority support.
  • 24/7/365 support (chat, Slack, Zoom, or phone).
  • Onboarding assistance or training sessions on the platform.
  • Marketing campaign strategy, social media scheduling, blog creation, newsletter creation, or email campaigns.
  • Ad management or social media advertising.
  • Custom mobile/client portal app.
  • Workflow Pro automation tools.
  • Unlimited prospecting, SEO analytics, or premium lead generation.
  • Strategy or review meetings.
  • Setup and development services (available at additional cost).
  • Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, or fees.
  • Content creation (text, images, video) beyond platform tools.
  • Graphic design, web design, or web development services.
  • Legal, financial, tax, or compliance advisory services.
  • Hardware procurement or physical IT infrastructure.
5. Limitations & Conditions
  • All additional support is billed à la carte at prevailing rates.
  • Setup & Development Fee is separate and required prior to service activation.
  • No rollover of unused services or credits to subsequent months.
  • Provider delivers tools and access; Client is responsible for their own execution and content.
6. Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. Early termination fees may apply as outlined in the applicable order form.

7. Payment Terms

Monthly fees are due on the first of each billing cycle. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. Setup & Development Fees are due in full prior to service activation.

8. Intellectual Property

Client retains ownership of all content they create or upload. Provider retains ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, systems, and methodologies. Templates provided are licensed for Client use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the three (3) months preceding any claim. Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or results.
